STEVE DEMETRIOU SR

Steve Demetriou is the Chairman of Scythe. Additionally, Steve is currently Executive Chair of Jacobs Solutions (NYSE: J ) where he previously served as CEO from August 2015 to January 2023. During his tenure as CEO, Steve steered a profound reshaping of Jacobs' business portfolio, operations and culture. Under his leadership the company accelerated profitable growth and grew market capitalization by more than $11 Billion, an increase of 244%. Steve's broad international business perspectives are the product of more than 35 years in leadership roles across a wide range of industries. This included President and CEO of Noveon Specialty Chemicals (2001-2004) and Chairman and CEO of Aleris (2004-2015). In addition to serving on Jacobs' Board, Steve also serves on the board for Arcosa, Inc and FirstEnergy Corp. Steve founded and was majority • owner of the Erie BayHawks in the NBADL (2008-2017) and since 2017 he has been a minority owner of the Osceola Magic NBA G League team, affiliated with the Orlando Magic.    

alex DEMETRIOU

Alex Demetriou is a Principal at Scythe, where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives portfolio growth across diverse sectors. With a strategic mindset and a focus on innovation, Alex is dedicated to identifying new opportunities and forging long-term partnerships that propel the company's success and expansion. Outside of his role at Scythe, Alex is a devoted father and husband. He is also an accomplished large-scale ceramic sculptor, working from his dynamic private studio in Cleveland, OH.

STEVE DEMETRIOU III

Steve is a Principal at Scythe LLC and is actively involved in all of aspects of the business. In addition to his role at Scythe, Steve serves an elected State Representative in the Ohio legislature. Prior to joining Scythe, Steve started, grew, and sold a business in the retail services industry. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Steve served for five years on active duty as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. Steve lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife and three young sons. He is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Nick Furman

As Principal of Liminal LLC, Nick leads Scythes' Northeast Ohio branch of residential real estate business. With extensive experience in underwriting and managing residential deals across northeast Ohio and South Florida, Nick has successfully completed over 200 residential transactions. In addition to his role at Liminal, Nick serves as President of Quick Direct Sale LLC, a sister company of Liminal. Quick Direct focuses on high-volume home flipping, leveraging Nick’s expertise to drive efficient and profitable transactions. Nick’s hands-on approach and industry knowledge make him a key player in the residential real estate sector.

GRANT FISHER

Grant Fisher is the President of Acquisitions at Scythe LLC, where he spearheads strategic real estate acquisition initiatives across key southeast and Midwest industrial markets, including but not limited to: North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.

Grant has successfully sourced and closed over $100M in industrial acquisitions in Charlotte, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Salt Lake City and Sacramento.

In addition to his current role, Grant played a pivotal role at Dunleer in Beverly Hills, overseeing all aspects of industrial acquisitions. His responsibilities encompassed deal sourcing, underwriting, deal analysis, memorandum drafting, managing due diligence processes, and acting as the primary deal liaison for lenders and prospective equity partners. Standout achievements from his previous acquisitions experience include a $16.5 million value-add small bay industrial park acquisition in Fountain Valley, Orange County, a $10.6M single tenant industrial purchase in Temple City, Los Angeles, a $14.9M industrial business park acquisition in El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, and a $9.85M, 16-unit industrial park acquisition in Salt Lake City. 

Grant resides in Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys golfing, skiing, as well as spending time with friends and family.
